The development also included the installation of the lift tower for the Expressive Arts Centre. As part of this project, the copper sculpture of Christ was relocated from the Campion Jordan Building to the lift tower. A commemorative plaque inside the lift honours Christine Phillips, a member of the SAC staff who passed away in 2010. The plaque was donated by the engravers, whose daughter, Lara Vasic (Class of 2009), fondly remembered being taught art by Chris.
